The Pixel Watch 2, released in October 2023, is Google’s second-generation smartwatch that addresses many shortcomings of the original. Design & Build
The Pixel Watch 2 retains the distinctive domed design of the original with a polished aluminum case available in several finishes. The 1.2-inch AMOLED display is bright at 1000 nits and the always-on mode is improved. The 41mm case is compact and comfortable, weighing just 31 grams without the band. The active band features a sport-oriented design with silicone bands and a new clasp mechanism. The crown and side button provide physical navigation alongside the smooth touchscreen. The Snapdragon W5 Gen 1 chip is a massive upgrade over the original Pixel Watch’s aging Exynos 9110.
